Where do we ship to, and do we export?

We ship countrywide in South Africa, as long as you are on a courier route, have a PUDO or PostNet near you where you could collect your parcel from, depending on what shipping option you choose. Unfortunately we do not export at this time.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

At Kambroo Plants, we try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. We will process and ship your order within 5 working days after your payment reflects. During rainy weather plants need some extra time to dry before packing, however we still try and stay within our 5 day shipping period.

How are our plants and minerals packed and shipped?

At Kambroo Plants, we take great care at preparing and packing orders. Plants are shipped bare root and wrapped in soft paper. Succulents are strong plants and can survive weeks when packed this way. Great care is also taken in wrapping and packing the mineral specimens you order.

At Kambroo Plants, we use three trusted and well-known shipping companies. These companies offer fast and reliable shipping options. We use The Courier Guy for door to door deliveries, PUDO for locker to locker and PostNet for counter to counter deliveries.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders once they are shipped?

At Kambroo Plants, the estimated delivery time for orders once they are shipped is 3-5 business days. We strive to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

Are the items in the cart reserved once added?

Items in your cart are not reserved until the checkout process is completed. We recommend completing the purchase promptly to secure the items.

Can I add more products to my current order?

If your order has not been processed yet, you are welcome to add more plants to your order for combined shipment. All you need to do,  select the collect option during your next checkout to avoid paying the shipping fee again.

At Kambroo Plants, we comply with all National and Western Cape Nature Conservation regulations and is permitted to grow and sell protected plants. We have a passion for nature and will never sell habitat collected plants.
