Also known as Desert Jasper, this beautifully coloured and rare stone was introduced in 1994 and is only known from the Mahajanga area in Madagascar. Each stone, a work of art. Named Polychrome Jasper for its painting-like appearance and varied colouration of earthy-toned colours, ranging from white, blue, grey, pink, brown, red and orange.
 
This is a beautifully half polished nodule, left rough on the back and polished in front to show its amazing artwork.
