About Sempervivum
Sempervivum is a small genus of about 40 species, known as Houseleeks and Hen and Chicks. They are small rosulate, leaf succulents forming mats, spreading by means of stolons.

- Pot: Sempervivum does well grown in containers or in the rockery.
- Soil: The plants are very willing and can adapt to most soils, a well drained growing medium with organic matter works best.
