Septarian is a unique concretion also known as Dragon stone. These concretions formed ca. 50–125 million years ago during the Cretaceous period. These nodules consist of Calcite (yellow), Aragonite (brown to black) and Limestone (grey)

 

A beautiful and interesting specimen, that has a natural and polished side showing all if its beauty.
