This is a busy Amethyst specimen, with so much inside. A beautiful display specimen with many golden Goethite and inclusions of an unidentified mineral. Lustrous crystals that are more purple as it appears in the photos.
 
Amethyst is a beautiful violet to purple variety of Quartz. It is said to have formed when iron impurities in the Quartz was exposed to gamma irradiation.
